This short tract is written by an unknown Bayani author who is identified as 'the knowledgable of Rasht (a town in north of Iran near the Caspian sea, the author should not be mistaken for Sayyed Kazim of Rasht). It is in the hand writing of Subh-i Azal's son Muhammad Abqa (see
family tree of Subh-i Azal).
The tract is in support of the manifestation of the Primal Point.
There are references to Quranic verses as well as writings of past Muslim religious scientists concerning the day of the manifestation of the Promised One of Islam and that attaining to the presence of God is to believe in and to attain the presence of the lord of the manifestation of the day.
